This detached house in Port Credit has been given new life as a triplex, opening up the front porch and borrowing details like the handrail proportions and the tripartite openings from its former self.

Designated as a heritage property for its uncommon split-face concrete block and hip roof, this was once a handsome residence in the same vein as the American Foursquare. Converted back from a nondescript office, it is now housing three separate family-sized units.
